 | Longevity Service Award Form Employees with 10, 20, or 30 years may be recognized with a certificate and service pin. To request an award for an employee or group of employees, agencies should submit this form to MSPB on the 5th of the month prior to the month of the award presentation. |
 | Excellence in Government Awards Nomination Form The governor, in conjunction with MSPB, annually recognizes individuals at the state level and at the local/district level who has achieved "excellence and innovation in the management of administrative procedures which increase the quality of public service at the state, district and local government levels." Nominations are due September 1 of each year. |
