MSPB now offers an AI policy template specifically designed for agency HR departments.
The Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services provides an AI Acceptable Use Policy that outlines state government AI strategy, guidelines, and governance. MSPB’s HR policy template is not intended to replace the ITS policy; rather, it is meant to supplement it by addressing the unique challenges and considerations specific to HR.
This optional resource offers additional guidance for agencies choosing to integrate AI within their internal HR processes. Agencies may incorporate the AI Use in HR policy template into internal AI use policies.
