The Mississippi State Personnel Board (MSPB) is pleased to announce the selection of 21 state employees for the 2026 class of the Mississippi Continuous Improvement Program (MS-CIP).
MS-CIP, MSPB’s newest training initiative, is designed to equip state employees with hands-on training in project management, process improvement, and change management. The program guides participants through the full cycle of real-world process improvements, providing them with the skills necessary to implement meaningful, efficiency-driven changes within their respective agencies.
To be considered, applicants were required to submit process improvement proposals and obtain approval from their agency heads. The following employees were selected for the 2026 MS-CIP class:
