MSPB will accept applications for the 2026 cohort of the Mississippi Continuous Improvement Program (MS-CIP) through March 6, 2026.
What is MS-CIP?
MS-CIP is a 6-month intensive program designed to equip you with the skills to stop fighting fires and start fixing systems at your agency.
How it works:
You pick the process: You choose a real-world bottleneck or problem you’re currently facing at your agency.
We give you the tools: You’ll learn process improvement, project management, and change management principles to solve that specific problem.
You see results: You’ll implement your solution during the program, making your workday and your agency more efficient.
Who is eligible?
MS-CIP is designed for state employees who are currently in, or will fill, a role responsible for continuous improvement within their organization. Examples include division directors, project managers, and program specialists. Employees in all job classifications may apply.
