Created On: 5/15/2017 8:21:41 AM

The Mississippi State Personnel Board partnered with The Mustard Seed for MSPB’s spring community service project.  MSPB team members volunteered at the Mustard Seed’s campus in Brandon to perform landscape and building maintenance, assist with the gift shop, and organize supplies.  After completing their service projects, MSPB team members led activities and games with the Seedsters (Mustard Seed clients).

The Mustard Seed seeks to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of adults with developmental disabilities by providing a loving and protected community with meaningful activities.

“MSPB is committed to serving our community, and we are proud to work with The Mustard Seed for our spring community service project,” said MSPB Executive Director Kelly Hardwick. “We believe that the Mustard Seed is a noble organization, and it is an honor to contribute to their mission of serving adults with developmental disabilities.”
