MSPB Announces New Leadership Program: Mississippi LEAD

The Mississippi State Personnel Board is excited to announce the launch of our newest training and development program, Mississippi LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development).
This two-year program is designed to fit an executive leader’s busy schedule with monthly webinars and quarterly events. Participants will learn more about leadership topics including accountability, change management, and problem-solving. Our quarterly events will focus on topics specific to Mississippi state government like the legislative process, legal updates, and understanding appropriations bills.
Our inaugural class will be limited to 30 participants. Applications will open November 15 on our website at www.mspb.ms.gov.
