MSPB Policies

The MSPB Policy and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook should be made available at each agency personnel office for employees' reference and inspection. Each agency is responsible for printing and maintaining a current copy of both the MSPB Policy and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook. The agency should also provide a copy of the MSPB Employee Handbook to all agency employees. The Mississippi State Personnel Board Policy and Procedures Manual (see link below) is in PDF format and set for two sided printing. MSPB does not distribute hardcopies of either the MSPB Policy and Procedures Manual or the MSPB Employee Handbook.

Printing options such as paper quality, binding and quantities is at the discretion of each individual agency. Agencies may elect to utilize internal resources to produce bound documents or outsource when larger quantities are needed.
