Led by our nationally accredited Certified Public Manager® program, the Mississippi State Personnel Board's Training and Development program provides essential knowledge and leadership skills training for successful public service.

Our Training and Development program also includes certifications for Supervisory and Administrative Support professionals, as well as diversity training, professional coaching, and professional development available to state employees in Mississippi.
