Performance Review System Effective Date Extension

As challenges associated with COVID-19 continue, MSPB understands that this could affect the HR office's ability to properly prepare managers for implementing the new Performance Review System (PRS) by September 1, 2020. To give agencies additional time to train their managers on the new system, MSPB is extending the effective date to January 1, 2021.
